Who we are
ContractorOS AI is estimating and job-management software for contractors. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Data we collect
Account data (name, email, company details you enter), the estimates, clients, suppliers, subcontractors, inventory and job data you create, and images you upload (logos, job photos, invoices). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and profile photo.
How we use it
Only to provide the service: to build your estimates and proposals, keep your data available across devices, and let you share proposals or jobs via the links you generate. We never sell your data, and we never share your estimates, clients or job data with advertisers.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep you signed in — these are always set. On the free plan we also serve Google ads, and Google may set its own cookies to measure and personalise them. Choosing “Essential only” in the cookie banner stops those ads from loading at all.
Advertising
Ads appear only on the free plan; paid plans load no advertising code whatsoever. Ads are served by Google AdSense and are placed only on the dashboard and the estimate list — never on screens showing a client’s details, a proposal, or an uploaded document. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can review and change what Google uses at My Ad Center, and read how Google handles data at Google’s partner sites policy.
Storage & security
Data is stored with Supabase (Postgres + object storage) with row-level security so each account can only access its own records. Access is protected by your password or Google sign-in.
Sharing
Proposals and job invites you send are reachable by anyone with the unique link you share. Otherwise your data is private to your account.
Your rights
You can edit or delete your data in the app at any time, or request full account deletion by contacting us.
